Leadership with Experience and Purpose
Behind every project is a team of entrepreneurs and visionaries who bring decades of expertise in real estate, business, and community development. Their shared goal: to make housing in Romania more sustainable, accessible, and forward-thinking.
Dusan Wilms is a seasoned executive with a strong background in retail andreal estate having led Metro Cash & Carry Romania and owned two Real hypermarkets. He also expanded into the education sector, establishing a group with operations in Romania, Switzerland, and Serbia. His extensive experience makes him a key asset of BOLD International.
Dr. Nino Popović is an entrepreneur and investor who transitioned from medicine to business, founding DOX Group, a diversified company with operations in real estate, FMCG, and Pharma. Headquartered in Switzerland with branches across Europe, DOX Group invests in major real estate projects.
As a self-made entrepreneur, Stefan Unchiasu started as a real estate agent, and constructor. He founded Avangarde in 2004, and 20 years lter, Avangarde is one of the leading real estate developers in Romania with over 8000 units built to date. Stefan graduated from Dimitrie Cantemir University, has additional studies in Architecture and Interior Design.
